Using our services

• You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
• We may update content, features, or pricing at any time.
   

Accounts & access

• Keep login details secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account 
• Access is personal, non-transferable, and for lawful use only.
   

Pricing & taxes

• Prices are shown in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Invoices are emailed.
   

Payments

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We don’t store card/UPI data. Payment use is also governed by Razorpay’s terms. Razorpay
   

Delivery (digital access)

• After successful payment, access is granted to your account and/or via email within 48 hours. See our Delivery/Access Policy.
   

Refunds & cancellations

• In line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked), purchases are final and not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
   

User content & IP

• Course content is our IP. Do not reproduce, share, or resell.
• You may use downloadable templates/resources for personal/professional learning; redistribution is prohibited.
   
• Prohibited uses
  No scraping, reverse engineering, or sharing access.

• Content is for educational purposes; no guarantees of outcomes or earnings.
• Not financial, legal, or investment advice.
   

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid in the last 90 days.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may cancel anytime (access remains per product terms).

Governing law & disputes
Laws of India; courts at Bhopal/Madhya Pradesj have jurisdiction.
