Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
We sell digital education (courses, live sessions, recordings). There is no physical shipping.

Cancellations

• Self-paced courses/digital downloads: Once purchased, orders are final. No cancellations or refunds are permitted after payment.
• Live workshops/webinars: All registrations are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Transfers or rescheduling are not permitted.
   

Refunds

• Duplicate/accidental payment or payment failure charged: Full refund.
• Non-delivery of access within 48 Hours: Full refund if we cannot resolve after you contact support.
• Otherwise, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed/consumed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. (Timelines like these are commonly required/expected by payment providers.)
